These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your use of the stuff2do mobile application ("App") operated by Graverholt Unlimited LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

stuff2do provides AI-generated local recommendations for activities, dining, entertainment, and experiences near your location. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Recommendations Disclaimer

All recommendations provided by stuff2do are generated using artificial intelligence and third-party data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any recommendation, including but not limited to:

You acknowledge that recommendations are suggestions only, and you are solely responsible for verifying information and making decisions about visiting any recommended location.

3. Subscriptions

stuff2do offers the following subscription plans, all processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and subject to their respective terms and refund policies:

Subscription Terms: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their store policies.

4. Location Services

The App requires access to your device's location services to provide relevant recommendations. You may revoke location access at any time through your device settings, but this will limit the App's core functionality.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and we do not control the specific ads shown. You may manage ad personalization through your device's privacy settings.

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the property of Graverholt Unlimited LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any part thereof.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAVERHOLT UNLIMITED LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
